Hi, I am so glad you are here!

I’m your host of the Process Session service.

Have you ever struggled with anxious or depressive thoughts? Do you feel stressed out by what’s going on in your life? Are you fully healed from the past trauma that you fought through? 

Have you tried counseling or even medication but still feel that there’s something more to address but are unsure what it is?

Or, perhaps you’ve gone through inner healing or even deliverance and were set free from past spiritual bondage, yet, you aren’t sure what practical tools you could use to stay in continuous freedom and breakthrough.

Looking back on my healing journey, I received professional counseling which helped me understand emotions, triggers, thought patterns, and coping mechanisms, and then, a deeper level of encountering God eradicated the root causes I had no idea of. Both experiences enable me to not only walk away from the emotional and spiritual bondage but also stay in continuous freedom with practical tools.

This highly integrative process taught me that holistic healing is reflected in our minds, souls/emotions and our spirits. We are triune beings and are meant to live an abundant life marked by healthy emotions, mental clarity, and spiritual freedom. We need practical mental health tools as much as we need spiritual insights for supernatural interventions.

By creating Process Session service, I desire to integrate the benefits of the tested and tried mental health tools and the spiritual insights to unpack your past or current challenges, explore the root causes, and evaluate the coping mechanisms altogether.

Every service is operated by partnering with the Holy Spirit for you to process, heal, be inspired, and transformed in His presence that’s filled with safety and peace, so that you can breakthrough from the past baggages and stay in a continuous freedom.
